Why we exist
Most agencies treat Shopify as a side service. They put junior devs on theme tickets. They go quiet between sprints. They call retainers "support contracts" and do the bare minimum.
We started Genesis because premium brands kept saying the same thing: their Shopify partners didn't really care about Shopify. We do.
Today we work as the Shopify team inside brands that take craft seriously. Every project gets senior oversight, structured testing, and project leads who stay in touch when things get busy.
