What's the minimum engagement size?

Most retainers start at one quarter, scoped around a focused outcome: a migration, a heavy theme rework, or a Plus replatform. Audit & Strategy engagements are smaller and run two weeks.

How does a Shopify retainer actually work?

You get a dedicated team allocation each month: engineering, QA, and PM hours pooled against a roadmap we plan together. Work is broken into 2-week sprints with weekly async updates and a monthly value report. Hours roll forward up to a cap.

Do you work with Shopify Plus only?

No. We work across Online Store 2.0 themes, Plus, and headless builds. That said, most of our retainer clients are on Plus because that's where the volume and complexity sit.

Can you migrate us from Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce?

Yes. Replatforming to Shopify Plus is one of our most common engagements. We handle data migration, URL/SEO mapping, redirects, and parallel-run validation so traffic and revenue don't drop on cutover.

How do you run engagements (communication and QA)?

Async-first via Slack or your tool of choice, with weekly written updates and a monthly value report. Every change ships through a Shopify-specific QA checklist (theme, checkout, customer accounts, performance) and gets tech-lead review before production.
